She discovered Pilates after a life-changing injury and truly believes that the power of Pilates & stretching can transform the mind & body, helping to counteract modern life spent doubled up over screens, rehabilitate after injury/illness and can help combat the stresses we all face.
Kay trained extensively with the highly revered Body Control Pilates to become a Level 3 Matwork Teacher & has over 4 year’s experience teaching groups & individuals. She is qualified to teach Pre (pregnancy) & Postnatal Pilates and is also a trained Stretch Therapist (Assisted Stretching).
Kay encourages all walks of life and levels of fitness / flexibility to her classes & Stretch Sessions - whether you are a desk worker with back / neck issues, a runner with tight hips & hamstrings, want to strengthen your core, bounce back after injury, reconnect to your body after pregnancy or you just want to learn to move well - change the way you use your body & ease your mind.
